Cars

I believe I am sick, or maybe it's just a rash.......My life is consumed with automobiles! I work on them all day long. I drive them to get to and from where I am going. I read books and magazines about them. I Google them and talk about them every chance I get. When Jen is working or at school, and I find a little spare time, I drive mine around looking at ones I hope to own. I take pictures of interesting or rare ones.
At a very young age I realized a profound love for all things powered by motors and engines. Ah yes, there is a difference between the two. Engines are powered by some type of combustion (internal combustion, steam engine etc), motors are powered by electricity. The next time someone tells you they had their motor repaired, ask them when they bought an electric car. Even auto professionals make this error! Anyway, I have my dad to thank for my obsession with automobiles. We used to take what we liked to call, "Uncle Wiggly" adventures. We would drive around looking at cars and trucks, mostly old ones, and talk and dream of the ones we'd like to have. I always had such a great time and learned a lot about automobiles. Who would have thought, something I did as a child would help me daily in my career. Hats off to DAD!!!
